Meet the woman behind the bikini

Jen Ferruggia of Renegade Strength and Conditioning is the real deal. Strong, fit, beautiful, smart (and the list could go on), Jen leveraged her lifelong involvement in sports and fitness into a passion for helping other women get strong in a sexy way.

Born and raised in New Jersey, Jen graduated with a BS in Exercise Movement Science from William Paterson University where she played softball and went on to spend 11 years teaching as a Health and Physical Educator and Coach as well as an active member in the NEA, NJEA, and the NJAHPERD.
